About us

A real mandate became a system.

BizzPlAI did not start from enthusiasm for tools. The idea came from a real strategy and transformation challenge: method first, then product.

Three of us sat at one table.

Reinhard Görtner was head of IT and our client. Prof. Dr. Guido Ellert and Joachim Riegel were consultants in the mandate. The assignment was classic — the problem was not.

01

Reinhard Görtner

Head of IT and client. He brought the company perspective: strategy had been decided, but execution remained hard to steer.

02

Prof. Dr. Guido Ellert

Consultant in the mandate. He brought the methodological perspective: How does analysis become a decision that holds inside the company?

03

Joachim Riegel

Consultant in the mandate and today CEO of SylvAI Bizz GmbH. He connected strategy, systems thinking and the question of how this could become a repeatable approach.

The strategy was there. It just never moved.

The mandate made visible what many companies know: initiatives are hard to name, interdependencies are underestimated and prioritization too often remains a matter of feel.

01

Need became method

A model emerged on a Miro board that looked at strategy, initiatives, organization, processes, business model and IT together.

02

Impact became visible for the first time

Not only which initiative was planned, but what it triggers in the company — and what priority it therefore truly deserves.

03

The decisive question

If this approach works for one company, why should it not help many other companies too?

04

Method first, then technology

BizzPlAI did not begin as a technical gimmick. The technical implementation came later — as a way to make a proven method repeatable and steerable.

A consulting mandate became a market truth: strategy rarely fails because of ideas. It fails because impact, interdependencies and priorities do not become visible together.

Strategy needs more than presentations.

BizzPlAI stands for a sober, systemic view of execution. Not louder, not faster at any price — but more clearly steerable.

01

Strategy must become steerable

A strategy is only effective when leadership sees which initiatives truly contribute and where execution gets stuck.

02

Impact must be provable

Business value, risks, readiness and realism belong together — not in separate documents.

03

Consulting and system belong together

BizzPlAI does not replace good consulting. It makes good consulting easier to connect, easier to trace and permanently steerable.

Three perspectives, one shared origin.

BizzPlAI connects the client perspective, consulting experience and product building. This exact mix shapes the system.

01

Reinhard Görtner / Technology & development

25 years of IT leadership experience and a CIO perspective. Reinhard was the client in the original mandate and developed BizzPlAI from prototype to market-ready product.

02

Prof. Dr. Guido Ellert / Product & methodology

Business psychologist with a doctorate in communication psychology. Guido brings research and practice on complex systems, evidence-based problem-solving strategies, co-creation and high-performance teams into BizzPlAI.

03

Joachim Riegel / CEO

Responsible for strategy, sales and marketing. 20 years in the media industry, including 8 years in executive management, among others at a SaaS company. Most recently 6 years as business coach and transformation consultant.

A German provider with clear responsibility.

BizzPlAI is developed by SylvAI Bizz GmbH. For companies and consultants who want not only to present strategy, but to make it effective.

01

Built from practice

The starting point was a real transformation problem, not a white paper and not an AI demo case.

02

Methodologically grounded

The technical side follows the method: understand company context, evaluate impact, steer execution.

03

Calm in tone

No AI show, no startup noise. BizzPlAI is meant to make leadership and consulting more precise — not more dramatic.

Let's talk about strategy that works.

30 minutes, no obligation — about your initiative, your steering question and whether BizzPlAI fits.
